Our last player prop article we went 1-1, and since the winner was a +100 winner, we had a complete wash. Yu Darvish only got to 6 strikeouts, and all we needed was one extra to cash, but we just couldn't get there. Oh well, not much you can do other than keep working at it.
Miles Mikolas over 4.5 Ks at +110 (DK)
I'm not putting a lot on these plays in general until I feel like I get a good sense of what I'm looking for, and this one might be one I put even less on than normal. Mikolas just faced the Phillies two games ago and only had one strikeout in 5.1 innings. However, at home, in eight starts, Mikolas has gone over the total in six of them. I expect this to be a low-scoring game, so Mikolas might get to the 7th. I like the over here, but I don't love it.
I'm sure there are many other great bets to make out there, but this is the only one I have today. I'll see if we have anything for tomorrow!
